We are an establish family run accounting practice in Macclesfield and Bollington and due to company expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an highly organised administrator to job our team.

As an Administrator you will work under the guidance of our Practice Manager supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing general office/admin support, such as filing, copying, and scanning
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining the company database and updating records

Experience/Skills
- Excellent PC skills
- A positive, can do attitude
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to get the Important tasks completed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role

We offer the following:

- Competitive salary depending on experience
- Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata, plus public holidays
- Christmas week office shutdown
- Working Hours Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Fri 8am-12pm with casual attire on Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
