About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our team as an RSPCA Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the order and distribution of stationery, leaflets, posters, and promotional material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and distribute RSPCA stationery, leaflets, posters, and promotional material
  • Prioritize and organize workload to ensure efficient task completion
  • Utilize basic computer skills to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times when handling sensitive information
  • Work independently while keeping colleagues informed of progress
  • Uphold the ethos and values of the RSPCA

Working Arrangements: This role will involve working from home with occasional visits to team meetings in the local area.

This is a voluntary position requiring an informal interview and trial period. Two referees will be contacted, and specific training may be required before starting the role.

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
