About the Job: We require a Support and Administration Officer to assist with various administrative tasks within our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage the ordering and distribution of RSPCA materials, including stationery, leaflets, posters, and promotional items
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and ensure efficient task completion
  • Develop basic computer skills to maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Work independently while maintaining open communication with colleagues
  • Represent the RSPCA's values and mission

Working Environment: This role involves working from home with occasional visits to team meetings in the surrounding areas.

This is a volunteer opportunity requiring a short trial period and an informal interview. Referees will be contacted, and additional training may be necessary before commencing the role.

The salary range for this position is £22,000-£28,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
