About Our Team

We are a dynamic and caring team committed to providing high-quality care to our customers. As a Care Team Lead, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of medication on the household
  • Maintenance of accurate records and customer plans
  • Excellent planning skills to manage time and team

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and compassionate leader, holding an NVQ level 3 in Care or working towards it.
