Job Overview

As a Trainee Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and processing supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within our finance team at Michael Page (UK).

Main Tasks:
  • Invoice Management: Effectively manage and record supplier invoices in our accounting system.
  • Analysis and Escalation: Analyze and escalate discrepancies or issues related to supplier invoices.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in accounts or current studies towards an AAT qualification or accounting degree.
  • Proficiency in using Excel software.
  • Commitment to a 12-month contract.
  • Ability to commute to the Macclesfield office for 3 days a week.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
