Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team in Macclesfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wealth Management, with excellent product knowledge of HNW Pensions & Investments.

This is a newly created opportunity within the client services team, supporting Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and delivering exceptional service to clients.

The role involves providing administrative support, preparation of correspondence, and maintenance of administration systems. You will be responsible for ensuring daily workflow is completed and assisting with the management of IFA portfolios.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months' experience working in a similar role, with whole-of-market product knowledge and proficiency in Provider Platforms. Industry qualifications are highly advantageous, but not essential.
