**What will I be doing in this role?**
As the Office Administrator in our Macclesfield branch, you will be assisting with the credit control and purchase ledger. It requires a responsible and trustworthy individual that is ready to take the initiative and assist wherever needed.
**Key day to day duties include**:
- Purchase Ledger - matching delivery notes and invoices, dealing with any queries regarding goods in
- Credit Control - Keeping on top of customer account payments, making sure all accounts are kept up to date regarding payment
- General Duties : Answering phone calls, ordering stock etc.
**What skills are we looking for?**
- Strong administration and organisational ability to ensure daily operations are carried out accurately and efficiently
- Computer literate (Specific Training will be provided)
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to provide good customer service over the phone when required
- Trustworthy and Reliable
**Hours**
2 Non-Consecutive Days per week - approximately 8 hours per day. We can work around your schedule, hours could be split across 3 mornings, or 2 full days etc.
