An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administration Officer to join our small and friendly Sustainable Hospital Services Team to support delivery of the trust’s strategic programme of work.

This role will provide an interesting and varied workload and would ideally suit an enthusiastic and adaptable individual. The successful applicants will have extensive opportunities to develop their existing skills as well as learning new transferable skills within a healthcare provider setting, influencing, and delivering real change for the benefit of patients.

The purpose of the role will be to support the Programme Manager in maintaining and delivering a specific project. This will include:

- High level administrative support including managing diary appointments/meetings
- Production of minutes and action logs from workstream meetings
- Supporting the day to day running of the programme and co-ordination of the team
- Project support i.e., tracking progress against key milestones, coordinating and maintaining project documentation and systems, including the management of governance and risk
- Collection of information for performance reporting on the Programme
- Supporting joined up communications across the programme i.e., Liaison with key leads and stakeholders.
