Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
**Order Management Expertise**: Seamlessly navigate order validations and entries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.

**Customer Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by providing clear and consistent communication, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and escalations.

**Problem-Solving Mastery**: Tackle challenges head-on as you monitor order statuses, manage claim cases and returns, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our processes.

**Collaborative Spirit**: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions for transfer projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

**Data Management Proficiency**: Maintain the integrity of our Master Data System through diligent routine maintenance and updates.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

**Industry Experience**: Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field is highly valued, showcasing your ability to thrive in our dynamic environment.

**Skills needed, to be successful in this role**:
