This is a permanent role within a welcoming team and has a benefits package including flexible part-time hours, 25 days holiday and free parking.

The Office Administrator will have exposure across the whole business in a varied and interesting role.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (Full time equivalent)
- Part Time working hours (24-30 hours per week)
- Example working hours - 26 hours: 6.5 hours per day, 4 days per week.

**What will be expected of you**:
The Office Administrator’s role is to support the team with ah-hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
- Ah hoc office duties including answering the phone, greeting visitors etc
- Supporting director with some PA duties
- Provide administration support to the Buyer and Operations Manager
- Assist with the purchase order process.
- Support in managing the stock ordering and control processes.
- Manage and resolve delivery issues with suppliers.
- Work with accounts on correct information posting
- Management of stationery requirements, and canteen consumables.
- Generating documents, letters and memos & managing the follow-up on all such activities.

**What we are looking for**:

- Administration experience
- Ideally knowledge of purchasing department, PO processes, purchase orders etc. (Not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Strong attention to detail and initiative

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
