**Duties and responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to customers
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Prepare and maintain filing system, including updating documents, collecting material, organizing content etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Skills**
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant or office assistant
- Must be good in calculations as you will be handling cash, cheque, postal orfers etc
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Working knowledge of post office / products
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members in all levels of the organization
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 17 per week
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
