Vehicle Parts Administrator

Our client in Wigan currently has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Parts Administrator to join their After Sales department.
**Essential Requirements**
- Experience working in the same or similar Parts role within a similar industry including construction, agriculture, HGV, Motor including motor factors.
- Able to identify specific parts and supply pricing and availability without assistance.
The role would also be suitable for individuals with a technical background, Engineers / Mechanics who have worked with vehicle parts.
**The Vehicle Parts Administrator Role**
- Responsible for all incoming customer parts calls.
- Fully engaging with customers on every call to ensure that the customer needs are understood..
- Processing customer and service department orders.
- Contacting customers to upsell parts.
- Assisting internal employees and external customers with technical parts specification, part suitability and other sales enquiries.
Other duties include monitoring courier deliveries, packing parts and organising delivery through external suppliers, providing stock updates and assisting other depots where required.
**Hours/Salary/Benefits**
This Vehicle Parts Administrator role is a full-time, permanent position, site-based, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
