My client is looking for a versatile and organised PA/office administrator to perform administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for researching data and information for ad hoc tasks and customised tasks set by the managing director. This is a diverse PA role with elements of office administration. My client is looking for someone who is proactive, and highly experienced at top tier PA duties, but wouldn't be offended by the simpler tasks. The company is looking for a responsible experienced PA, with a positive outlook and abundance of common sense, you will be able to use your own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
Office and Operations Management: responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Managing Director and management team with ad hoc admin tasks and projects.
- General PA duties for the Managing Director
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
- Reporting directly to the MD's executive assistant.

**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
**Job Types**: Part Time 20-24 Hours per week, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
