Client Support Administrator

Ross & Liddell are looking for experienced Administrators to join their friendly, fast paced Residential Factoring Team. Daily Duties include:
- Answering inbound calls, directed from our Switchboards;
- Making outbound client calls providing regular updates;
- Taking ownership of issues and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to satisfactorily resolve the matter
- Proactively manage own case load ensuring responses to clients are provided in accordance with our Service Level Agreement
- Tracking daily action points and following up with relevant teams to ensure that queries are resolved quickly;
- Reporting to Senior Staff with regular updates on ongoing enquiries;
- Experience in a similar customer service role;
- Good call handling skills;
- Good verbal and written communication and organisational skills with the ability to work to a deadline;
- Experience in Microsoft packages, including excel;
- Great salary package
- Mon-Fri role - no weekend working
- Optional Hybrid (max 2 days per week)
- Optional shift pattern, 8-4, 9-5 or 6-10
- Generous annual leave package, starting at 23 days, rising to 25
- 9 public holidays each year
