**About the Role**:

- Working with Head of Service and IDVA Managers to ensure all service areas with waiting lists are responded to within the contractual performance standards expected. In particular, to ensure all High risk victims are contacted, assessed and provided with immediate safety information and initial support (triaged).

Providing pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic violence and abuse through initial risk assessment, individual safety planning, immediate advocacy and Immediate emotional and practical support.

Holding a small caseload of victims identifying shorter term need/interventions.

Travel pan area maybe required.

You will need the ability to Identify and assess the risks and needs of domestic abuse victims using an evidence-based risk identification checklist.
