**Customer Service Representative**

**About us**

**What we offer**:
This is offered as a working-from-home role all four days, flexible working days and on-the-job training. While this is an at-home job, as required please be aware that for reviews and additional training, you will be expected to work from the designed space when required by the company.

During the first four weeks or longer, you will be required to work from the designated space to learn about the company and your job responsibilities.

We will provide you with office furniture items, computer and other items to ensure you are able to do the work from home. We are offering this role on a self-employed basis (but will be open to discuss work employment options if required).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell additional cleaning items to the existing appointment to customers when appropriate
- Schedule appointments for cleaning technicians
- Manage effectively customer accounts that pay monthly for cleaning service
- Manage technician diaries and assist them where necessary
- Make outbound calls to existing customers, whether is offer to book a service or regards their expired cleaning plan
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: We are offering a basic rate of £100 per day, and with a commission on new clean bookings, new sign-ups, and more, you are able to earn £120 or more per day shift. Monday to Friday, 4 days per will vary each week. 9:00 - 16:00 (6 hours per day).
