The company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and we are looking to expand our customer service team.

**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated, Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team based at our Boreham location.

You will be an integral part of the company's team, delivering an unrivalled customer service experience through prompt, effective and professional management of orders and enquiries. You will also be required to assist with data entry, inventory management and various administrative tasks.

**Duties**
- General administrative tasks including handling returns, inputting product data and simple website updates
- Processing orders and payments from a variety of channels
- Resolving concerns and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Supporting your colleagues to succeed as a team
- Inventory Management

**You**
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good IT skills with knowledge of ecommerce. (working knowledge of WooCommerce advantageous)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual.
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
- Previous retail experience with supplements or nutrition knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.

**Details**

Immediate start.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
20 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
Salary up to 25k depending on experience
The role is a full time, permanent position after an initial probationary period.
