Due to an internal move we have an opportunity for an experienced finance administrator to join our team based in Parklands within our 14Forty sector.
**More about the role**:
As Finance Administrator your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Data input and maintenance of finance system
Approval process and escalation
Invoicing processing and reconciliations
Ensure correct reconciliation of payments and receipts.
Ensure the Service’s management information is accurate and in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation.
Pricing and change management.
Supplier management
Cost control
Budgeting
Presenting and trending reports
**Who you are**:
**Our successful Finance Administrator will**:
Have GCSEs in Maths and English A* - C/4-9 (or equivalent).
Be motivated and focused with excellent communication and people skills.
Proactive approach to look for ways to make things better financially and processes and procedures.
Have experience of working in finance.
Have the ability to work to time sensitive deadlines.
Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Must have excellent ability to prioritise tasks.
A strong customer focus, able to deal with both internal and external customers.
Have good IT skills and ability to input and extract data from the finance system.
Numerate
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
