Loan Administrator

**Main Duties: To include, but not restricted to**
- Updating the company CRM system
- Carrying out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, ordering office supplies, post etc
- Greeting and meeting, answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors to the office.
- Providing information to internal colleagues or external enquirers.

**Key skills required**
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Good typing and keyboard skills.
- A good level of English spelling and grammar.
- A good level of Mathematics

**Key behaviours required**
- High level of discretion and judgment.
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Self-organised and able to organise others
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is crucial.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-starter who use their own initiative to get things done.

Working Hours; 08:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday

Friday 8.30 - 3.00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
