About the Role

Buckden Partners is seeking a highly skilled Loan Processing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Processing Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Processing: Produce, issue, and check drawdown instructions for loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lender Management: Create lender allocation tables for each loan, monitor monthly repayments, and liaise with the monitoring department to resolve any outstanding payments.
  • Repayment Schedules: Produce repayment schedules, showing monthly repayments due with a breakdown of capital and interest payments.
  • Loan Monitoring: Monitor loans with agreed variances to agreed repayment schedules and calculate early redemption figures as required.
  • Loan Operations Support: Support the Loan Operations team to investigate and resolve any issues relating to lender accounts.
  • Reporting: Produce various Management Information reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent positive communicator with a glass half full mentality.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong excel skills with an understanding of basic formulas.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated with a can-do attitude to resolve issues and support colleagues, with the ability to adapt and change to meet the requirements of an expanding business.
