Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Processing Coordinator to join our team at Buckden Partners. As a key member of our Processing Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Processing Team by carrying out all administrator, data entry, and quality checking duties to ensure loan processing is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor monthly repayments received and liaise with the monitoring department to investigate and resolve any outstanding payments.
  • Monitor loans with agreed variances to agreed repayment schedules.
  • Support the Loan Operations team to investigate and resolve any issues relating to lender accounts.
  • Distribute monthly loan repayments into lender accounts.
  • Collate new loans once they are credit approved.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills with an understanding of basic formulas to perform data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
