Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be recently appointed to work in partnership with a Scottish based retailer who are looking to recruit a dedicated, hardworking and ambitious Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be located at Newbridge, with bus routes out of Edinburgh and free onsite parking.

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

**Working as part of a small team your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the team will all administrative tasks
- Manage all online and social media enquiries
- Deal and respond with any Trustpilot reviews
- Manage any pricing and repricing depending on seasonal trends
- Speak with suppliers and manage deliveries
- Take telephone calls, take messages and respond accordingly to any enquiries
- Provide quotes for customers
- Use your initiative and identify customer needs and use key questions
- Provide customers with options and alternatives
- Liaise with customers via live chat
- Manage inventories on products and take note of costings
- Keep customers informed on deliveries or changes to their orders
- Follow up any leads from website from customers with enquiries
- Support the business with all administrative tasks
- Working with a variety of systems including using all MS Office packages, Stock Management and iPads

- Genuine passion for customer service, administration and awareness of sales and upselling
