Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with a successful specialist business and friendly team for a Permanent Office Coordinator/Administration Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and confident Administrator looking to developand utilise their exceptional organisational skills. Based in Livingston and salary up to £24,000 depending on experience. The role is fully office based and working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

**Role Overview**

Due to continued growth within the company, you will act as an integral support to both Regional Managers and Engineers. On a day to day bases you will be required to manage and handle effectively changing plans, deadlines and priorities in a calm and confidentmanner. You will therefore be naturally assertive, confident and have proven Administration experience. In return the company offer excellent personal development, growth and training.

**Duties include**:

- Plan and schedule Engineers workload as well as creation of Job Sheets, PO's and Invoices utilising the company CRM system
- Produce quotes and follow up with customers
- To source, price, procurement and ordering of parts, materials and ensuring to chase supplier quotes
- Warehouse Management including receive and arrange deliveries as required, goods in/out and stock Control
- Regular meetings with Regional Manager, scheduling and attending internal meetings and taking minutes
- Ad hoc office duties including updating records, filing and ordering office stationery

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role with proven strong Administration skills
- Experience in CRM packages - training will be provided on company specific CRM
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- A confident and assertive team player who can also work on their own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable with a strong 'can do' approach to a varied workload
