Our organization, a reputable entity in its sector, is in search of a Financial Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of their dynamic Finance team.

Currently, the company is experiencing a significant growth phase due to the acquisition of new contracts, which will greatly enhance their standing in the market. This is an exciting time to join the team


As the Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the finance department with daily financial management tasks.

Collaboration with the Finance Manager and a team of five will be essential to ensure precise and timely financial reporting, along with providing assistance in various financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:


Invoice Management - Efficiently identify and process purchase invoices from the internal ticketing system into the in-house processing system.


Sales Invoice Management - Utilize the internal system to generate daily sales invoices and profit reports, reviewing and reporting findings to senior management.

Generate sales invoices from the profit report in XERO accounting software, process, and distribute to clients.

Update and reconcile daily consolidated customer reports.

Banking and Cash Flow Management

Assign daily sales to the invoice financing system.

Assist the finance manager with daily bank reconciliations and month-end bank reporting.

Month-End Activities

Reconcile customer portal reports.

Prepare month-end customer consolidation reports.

Generate Construction Industry Scheme statements and distribute to suppliers.

Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Capacity to work accurately and calmly under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience with accounting software such as Xero and Lightyear is a plus.

A minimum of AAT Level 3 or HNC/HND in accounting or business, or currently pursuing ACCA/CIMA foundation level.
