Job Introduction The Service We are looking to recruit two Early Help Family Workers to support families with children and young people 0-19 within Northumberland’s Supporting Families Framework across the Central Northumberland Locality covering Ashington, Bedlington ,Choppington, Newbiggin & Morpeth areas. This exciting opportunity will be to work with any children young people.

**Flexible working arrangements Essential requirements**:
A minimum of Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent is essential, as is a good depth of understanding and knowledge of child / young person development. You need to show knowledge and experience of the Early Help Assessment process and be able to demonstrate an ability to chair TAF meetings.
