Job Overview:
A Clapham based construction company are seeking a new Accounts/Admin Assistant.

Day to day general office duties including answering the phones occassionally

Bookkeeping using Quickbooks

Purchase and Sales Ledger

Bank reconciliations

Data entry

Processing timesheets

The applicant must have a confident and mature attitude and good personal and communication skills for dealing with the team and clients, both face to face and over the telephone. An energetic, flexible and enthusiastic approach is essential with good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
