You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage queries and ensure all visitors feel welcomed into the college. Does this sound like you? **Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- To ensure all visitors are welcomed and processed in line with college processes.
- To ensure perspective students receive support and information throughout the onboarding process.
- To ensure enquiries are managed and tracked effectively
- To be responsible for administering and processing paperwork and complete appropriate documentation as required.
- To provide excellence in Customer Service and communication, this involves customer contact via the telephone, in person and in writing.
- Work in an organised manner ensuring information is complete, timely and accurate.
