**Customer Service Representative**

**Salary: £21,000 pa (plus bonuses)**

**Location: Lakeside, Portsmouth**

We are seeking dedicated people with a passion for animals to join our dynamic Customer Service Team at our Portsmouth Lakeside office. If you are searching for a new challenge, looking to kickstart your career in an office environment, or simply love interacting with customers and hearing about their pets, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering customer calls
- Production of customer, affinity, and veterinary correspondence
- Collating and posting of documents
- Maintaining a consistent and energetic approach and building rapport with customers
- Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to obtain information to allow veterinary nurses to settle claims and then produce the cheques.
- To manage the customer through the lifecycle of their policy from quote/sales
- Excellent customer service
- Resilience within a busy working environment
- Prioritisation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well under pressure
- Full training provided in the role

**Shift Pattern**:
Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

- Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
- Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm

(Saturday shifts are rare 1/3 weeks, time will be given back during the week, you will never be required to work more than 5 days in a week.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
