Part Time Office Administrator

**Role**:
We are an electrical utilities company based in Aldridge, looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our office team.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Knowledge of a QMS (Quality Management System) ISO 9001:2015 will be advantageous.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
- Previous construction and purchasing experience would be beneficial to this role.
- Business Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent is desirable.
- This is an office based role.
- Flexible working hours, 25 per week/5 per day Monday - Friday, to be agreed with your manager, with the view to increase hours in time as the business grows.
- Overtime will be required from time to time.
**Tasks will include**:
- Maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ordering materials
- Raising purchase orders on Sage
- Receiving deliveries
- Design and produce documents
- Putting quotations together from provided information
- Make and receive phone calls
- Scan and file paperwork
- Update and maintain training databases and records
- Book Engineers onto training courses
- Book equipment in for testing with external companies
- Arranging accommodation
- Setting up job packs
- Data inputting
- Updating labour plans
- Undertake any such task as reasonably required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
