To administer and maintain all relevant processes within the HR and Compliance team in line with statutory and business requirements. Ensure that all records are maintained in a professional manner at all times.

**Duties and Responsibilities included but not exhausted to**:

- Support with onboarding of new colleagues (setting up interviews, generating recruitment paperwork, generating contracts, inputting data into iTrent/HFX/Training Matrix)
- Liaising with training to ensure induction and initial training is planned and executed
- Support with all areas HR administration, ensuring that all is filed hard and soft copy on time and in full.
- Support with areas of Compliance administration including but not limited to chasing audit non-conformances, greenhouse gas carbon reduction, ESG reporting, environmental social governance reporting.
- Manage all driver non-conformances including but not limited to, complaints, weight limit breaches, notice of intended prosecution and penalty charge notices.
- Support all managers of people with iTrent and HFX including but not limited to pay queries, contract and shift changes
- Support with providing all managers of people with key data including absence information for site/department/individuals as required
- Support the wider teams to ensure that the training matrix is maintained and up to date
- Support with managing the order and supply of all non-consumables, stationary and uniform as required

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
