Our client are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger to join the team on a temporary part-time basis.

To be successful for this position you must ideally have 2-3 years' experience within a similar finance role and experience with accounting and ERP systems, ideally Sage 200.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing all purchase ledger processes including reconciling supplier invoices to the PO
- Querying & resolving any differences and processing supplier invoices on Sage 200
- Entering bank transactions on to Sage 200 and ensuring all bank reconciliations for GBP and Euro accounts are completed by the deadline
- Setting up bank payments as required
- Request and reconcile supplier statements and update the aged creditors report monthly
- Ensure all purchase ledger tasks are completed accurately by the month end deadline

Free parking on-site

£12.50-£13.50 per hour

Initially a temporary role with the chance of becoming a permanent position.

In order to be considered for this role you must be available to begin work immediately or within 1 week's notice.
