**The firm are looking for someone to join their accounts team as an accounts assistant.**

**Once you are comfortably trained, the role responsibilities are as follows**:

- In this Graduate Accounts Assistant job you will be responsible for the accurate processing of purchase invoices, staff expenses and credit card transactions.
- Preparing payment runs in line with payment terms.
- Dealing with supplier statement queries.
- Processing and reviewing sales invoices.
- Reviewing purchase ledger alongside the Assistant Accountant.
- Posting bank transactions and bank reconciliations, and reconciliation of the sales ledger.

**What you'll need to be**:

- **A passionate, articulate, graduate looking to start their career in financial services.**:

- **Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- **Independent, organised, and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.**:

- **Good knowledge of Microsoft products.**:

- **You are actively studying towards, or keen to begin studying towards, a further Accountancy qualification such as AAT, ACCA or CIMA.**:

- **A team player with a good sense of humor**
