**The Position**
We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Team. You will be the first point of contact for the UK Market People team, dealing with people queries and administration and data. Your proactive approach will ensure that we're responsive, supportive and solutions-focused. You'll also contribute supporting the implementation of people initiatives that look to improve the overall people experience.

You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to first line employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and direction on people processes and programmes.
- Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding, including generating new ideas to streamline or improve the onboarding experience.
- Making sure our HRIS data is up to date and accurate
- including maintenance of core data and payroll and benefits changes.
- Producing any documentation and letters.
- Generating KPI reports as well as ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Supporting the People team in case management activity with thoughtfulness and consideration
- Communicating with the global people team to ensure consistency of practices and initiatives where it makes sense to be aligned.
**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 1 years of prior relevant HR experience.
- Ability to organise and proritise work to meet deadlines
- Great written and verbal communication with an eye for detail
- Is skilled at building collaborative relationships
- Enjoys providing great customer service
- Technically savvy with experience using Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A curious thinker.
- Methodical approach to problem solving
