AMJ Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a **Project Coordinator/Administrator **to work for a Well Established Manufacturing Business in the Coventry area, based in CV2.

**Term**:Permanent

**Shifts**: Day Shifts (08:30am - 16:30pm / Monday to Friday)

**Salary**:£23000 to £28000 per annum (DOE)

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure that all live projects are processed in accordance with project stage gates in a correct and timely manner, providing excellent quality, accuracy and customer service. To ensure our customer service levels are consistently achieved, ensuring our promises to customers are always kept.

This includes all areas of the business that the project office team are supporting, including (but not limited to) Bespoke, Export, Clickfix, Special Projects, Lantern & Flat Glass This will involve working closely with all members of the Project Office, Bespoke Technical, Technical Sales Managers, and Central Customer Services teams. Effective liaison with customers, suppliers and both our internal production and transport teams will be a critical to project success.

**Duties Include**:

- Responsible for ensuring that all allocated projects are being run in accordance with our agreed processes (such as project stage gates are met etc.) and in a timely and efficient manner relevant to the requirements of our customers to ensure that all of our promises are kept.
- Raising received orders and creating projects on our D365 & CRM based sales and project management systems, and continually ensuring these systems hold live information at all times.
- Generating purchases for all non-stocked project materials, within target times and accurately; this including the purchasing of any special site equipment required by installers and customers.
- Raising delivery and collection orders to coordinate raw materials between customer sites, suppliers.
- Maintaining physical project files, with all project related correspondence, to ensure clear and documented communications and traceability throughout the project process.
- Directly confirming project status and updates to customers using a number of standard templates including; program of delivery, order acknowledgement, and site ready checks.
- Obtaining site reports and feedback information, ensuring the project system and relevant parties are updated in accordance with current state
