We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team at Cygnet.

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.

The Project Administrator will be home based but must have the ability to travel into the head office in London when required. The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager & Head of Information Management and Privacy on business improvement and digitization projects. This will include documenting project requirements, capturing workshop/meeting minutes and actions, maintaining project documentation, becoming a project solution champion/SME & providing training, provide advice and guidance during data gathering exercises, assist with policy & SOP development, and ensure project is being implemented according to policy. As part of the role you will be ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Administration tasks for the Project Team.
- Assist with keeping the project on task to ensure it is delivered to the desired standard and in a timely manner.
- Capturing workshop & meeting minutes and creating resultant actions.
- Maintaining and creating project documentation.
- Shadow/receive training from projects product supplier.
- Act as a functional consultant & project’s product SME for the organisation.
- Coordinate and deliver internal training on project’s product.
- Capture requirements & business process to inform policy & SOPs
- Assist in the creation of data gathering templates and provide advice & guidance in data gathering & cleansing exercises.
- Collate project documentation and ensure project is being executed as per specification & according to policy
- Attend all project meetings & workshops
- Provide BAU support once the project has been successfully completed.
- Create reports of project progress for stakeholders.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with Information Governance Teams to ensure project documentation and data is managed appropriately.
- Support with the Information Governance projects.
- To identify own training needs and undertake regular continued professional development.
- To assist in the development of documentation, to include, protocols, procedural manuals, posters and leaflets and other communication materials.
- Monitor, allocate and respond to requests and queries that are received through the project inbox.
- Provide general support to the Project Manager & Information Governance & Privacy Team.
- Working with the Project Team, Site Managers and Administrators to ensure that the sites are aware of what is required in the project and to keep them to task.
