We are a new start-up working with the public in a quasi legal role. The company aims to assist people with property related issues and is looking for someone to develop and grow with the company.
Office Administrator Job Purpose:
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake general administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently.
Office Administrator Job Duties:
- Arranges meetings for clients and stakeholders when required.
- Manages outgoing post.
- Answer phone calls and transfers them/takes messages as necessary.
- Drafts, format, and prints relevant documents.
- Maintains stock lists and flags up when ordering is needed.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
- Manage Database to ensure up to date.
- Pinpoint potential client information to produce relevant correspondence.
- Use systems to check property details, age, ownership etc.
- Collect data for reports to send to external stakeholders.
- Go through online systems to flag potential areas to work.
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous admin experience preferred but not essential.
- Good IT Knowledge; proficient in excel
- Ability to work in a team environment and promote teamwork through effective communication
- Ability to be flexible in their approach, prioritise work and remain resilient and focused when under pressure
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow processes and procedures
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
