- **Salary Range: £22,000 - £24,000**:

- **Can be Homebased with monthly travel to the Nelson office or Office Based at the Nelson Office**
**Objectives**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the communication of compliance updates in order to track and improve awareness of our culture
- Input information into our systems and track actions arising from it
- Administration of risk assessments to ensure that they are current.
- Ensure company regulatory registrations are maintained in a timely manner
- Administration and monitoring of our emergency provision, including first aiders and fire marshals
- Co-ordinate compliance to ensure effective communication and upkeep of action plans
- Assist with management of the DSE process and queries, providing advice where necessary to DSE users and their managers
- Engage with relevant teams to ensure correct provision of equipment and assist with communication on workplace adaptations
- Provide our partners with information including by supporting RFIs
- Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required.
- Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary, raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
- Manage version control and documentation within the Compliance section of our intranet
**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Knowledge and/or experience in a Health and Safety or Compliance/Regulatory environment is desirable
- Numerate/literate with excellent PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
- Experience of reporting based on data, desirable
- Experience of managing health and safety or compliance systems is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and on a variety of projects/tasks simultaneously
