Office & HR Coordinator

_MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. We work with our clients to develop their best-in-class facilities in an open, honest, and collaborative manner._
- We are looking for someone proactive & organised to ensure the smooth running of our busy head office and provide administrative support to our HR team._
- This would suit a friendly, people-person who enjoys a varied role._
- **The Role**:_
- _Responsible for office supplies, equipment & facilities _
- _Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding office utilities and equipment._
- _Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for office operations._
- _Coordinate meetings for Senior Management team & organise refreshments._
- _Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms._
- _Support the Head of HR with administration relating to the full employee life cycle _
- _Issue offers of employment and new starter paperwork including background and reference checks._
- _Lead onboarding processes for staff and their inductions, ensuring all internal systems have been set-up ready for use upon joining._
- _Maintain staff training matrix, ensuring all training records are kept up to date on our training platform, arranging training courses as required and raising purchase orders._

- _Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills _
- _An expert multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail._
- _Desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same._
- _Previous Office Management and HR experience would be an advantage._
- _Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) _
