We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our busy team. We regularly eat cake, whippets, and work at pace to satisfy our client's HR needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to champion the delivery of HR services, this varied position requires a really organised person, who will be happy rolling up their sleeves and who will get stuck in. You will have a genuine interest in progressing your career in Human Resources. You will join us as an HR Assistant to support to our consultants and clients. The role is varied and very busy. We are expanding and as such, there are plenty of opportunities to learn more about the different facets of HR and to take on more responsibility in both recruitment and HR activity. There are lots of career opportunities for an ambitious person.

**HR Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Supporting ad hoc HR projects, on a variety of topics for our various different clients - salary benchmarking, learning and development, performance processes and succession planning
- Helping to manage the HR life cycle of employees and an understanding of the importance of recording the correct information for reporting purposes and populating our various contract and letter templates
- Populating contracts, and providing admin support for clients as and when required
- Administering the HR information system for clients, data input, uploading documents, setting up systems, and helping our clients with Admin processes
- Updating and developing more technical HR Policies to satisfy the bespoke needs of our clients under the guidance of the HR Consultants
- Administer and obtain the approval paperwork required from clients
- Add vacancies to the ATS, liaise with our account managers to book adverts check references, and arrange interviews. There is an opportunity to develop recruitment skills and to get more involved in this side of the business
- Organise psychometric assessments
- potential to get really involved with our clients and manage their probation, and their HR processes
- A variety of activities as directed by our HR Consultants and our clients
- Liaise with our partners to set up and manage the systems we have in place and ensure we are maximising their input with our clients
- Maintaining contact and relationships with our account managers, ensuring we are getting the best from the relationships
- Assisting with on-boarding employees for our clients as and when required to do so

**HR Assistant Requirements**:

- Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
- good working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word and Excel, computer literate

Experience of HR information systems, or applicant tracking systems is a definite benefit, but full training will be given so not essential.
