The HR Consulting team are part of the Pay and People offering at RSM. We provide payroll and HR consultancy services to clients across a variety of sectors.
**Role Overview**
To deliver a high quality and accurate HR administration service to our clients, dealing with queries and managing work in a professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with all HR administration in relation to People Manager including data entry and updating electronic files
- Assist with the implementations and training for all new and existing People Manager clients
- Assist HR Consultants with all types of HR admin in relation to HR and Payroll clients
- Assist in the provision of providing gender pay gap calculations to clients using Payrite, Inpay and RSM’s manual calculator solutions
- To help and respond to clients efficiently within agreed timescales
- To look for potential to grow our opportunity to help HR and Payroll clients
**Personal and professional qualities**
The role holder will need:
- To ensure client deadlines are met and high and quality standards are maintained
Should be able to display an understanding and experience of HR administration and experience already
- Excellent attention to detail and very strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excel V-lookup is essential to the role for the work we do in relation to data manipulation
- Good communication skills both verbal and written and ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Aware of client needs and expectations acting promptly to resolve matters in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to work well and proactively contribute to the wider team
- Ability to establish and maintain strong team and client relationships, actively seeking to help team colleagues and clients.
