About the Role:

At Burman Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional HR Administrator to join our team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and experience in HR or payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of compliance requirements, including DBS checks, safeguarding, and payroll systems. They will also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to assist with the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, reference checks, compliance checks, and document management.

This role involves maintaining the Single Central Register (SCR) and ensuring ongoing compliance with DBS checks, UKVI, and safeguarding training.

Additionally, you will be responsible for processing payroll administration, including new starters, leavers, changes in employment status, and uploading data to the payroll system.

Responsibilities also include managing employee records, maintaining an archive system, and providing data for annual reports.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic HR team and contribute to the success of the organization.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
