We are seeking an experienced Spanish HR Assistant / Advisor to join our European Shared Service Centre team.
The successful candidate will have experience in HR administration, including employee contracts, HR database management, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing references and responding to employee queries
- Collaborating with other HR team members to deliver high-quality services
- Documenting progress in the ticket system
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field would be advantageous
- Experience in HR administration and customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Estimated Salary: £32,500-£37,500 per annum
