Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Support specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations, from payroll processing to recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will be proficient in using HR systems and document management software, with prior experience in a similar role a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as needed
  • Process payroll end-to-end, including data collection and report preparation
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating training programs and supporting early careers initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for EDI and CSR-related activities

Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in HR or payroll administration
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (exclusive)
