Purchase Ledger Administrator

**About Us**:
JOR Property Ltd, a leading property maintenance company based in Aberdeen. We are searching for a skilled individual to take on the combined roles of Purchase Ledger Administrator and Payroll Clerk. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be instrumental in managing our purchase ledger and payroll systems.
**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Process supplier invoices and credits efficiently via Hubdoc/Xero, posting to ServiceM8 jobs where applicable.
- Check and process timesheets for field and office employees on a fortnightly basis, accounting for absences and deductions.
- Manage and respond to all supplier and staff queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the company bookkeeper and coordinate with our external accounting firm for PAYE and NIC matters.
- Understand and implement purchase ledger procedures and payroll legislation.
- Prioritize tasks and workloads to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in purchase ledger and payroll administration.
- We run Hubdoc, Xero and ServiceM8 systems, experience of any of these will be advantageous, however training can be given.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A flexible, positive attitude and the initiative to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and staff, and co-workers.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in financial administration, with a strong understanding of both purchase ledger and payroll processes.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
