RLK Solicitors is a niche law firm offering a personal and quality service. We provide legal services in Litigation, Conveyancing, Wills &Probate, Family and Business Interruption.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our growing firm.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries within your knowledge.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member(s).
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Arranging appointments for fee earners
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Audio typing
- To prepare meeting rooms as necessary and arrange for the tidying and clearance of rooms at the conclusion of meetings as well as providing refreshments when asked to do so.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
**Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficient
- Must be able to work under their own initiate with a strong attention to detail.
- An excellent work ethic with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Team player
- Travel may be required between the offices and therefore a driving licence would be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
