Project Administrator - Full time - Permanent - Hybrid

We are a leading Birmingham Digital Agency and we’re seeking an organised, motivated individual to join our Work In Progress (WIP) department as a Project
Administrator.

You will have at least 3 years experience in:

- Worked in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects
- Experienced in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar
- A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to basic knowledge of; CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, and SEO.
- Comfortable in leading communications within a meeting environment with various project stakeholders.
- Calm and professional under pressure, able to make decisions and provide clear direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of personal organisation and absolute attention to detail
- A high level of English speaking and communication skills
- Consistent project management methods
- Experience in administration or customer services and the ability to work well with others
- An understanding of the complexities and task flows for various digital products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour with confidence in your abilities
- Knowledge of technologies such as Wordpress, WooCommerce,

Duties will include:

- Daily telephone contact with customers to chase for website content and feedback with a view to progressing projects
- Working towards a monthly target for project completions ensure invoicing is accurate and on-time
- Face-to face contact with small and large businesses to discuss their projects and the status of their work.
- Being the link between customer and the Designer/Developer and being able to record actions and find solutions.
- Face-to-face communications with other members of the WIP Department

(Designers & Developers) in order to progress projects.
- Departmental administration, knowledge of using Discord, Trello & Outlook would be beneficial in recording key milestones in all projects
- A high level of quality control
- Liaising with other departments in managing the WIP resource.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Picking up a client from sales and manage their full project development life cycle
- Provide a responsive and proactive client service, clearly communicating deliverables, content milestones, deadlines, and schedules and solving issues.
- Addressing all blocking issues in a timely manner.
- Managing and working with multiple clients - small to large sized companies
- Responsible for the flow of information from the client to the team regarding the project.

Salary Range: £(negotiable dependent on experience)

Additional Notes
During the training phase of this role, you would be expected to be available to work at our Birmingham HQ for at least 3 days a week so that training and orientation can be performed.
