We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Pension Administrators, the great thing about the Projects team within the business is that they aren’t split out like other Pension businesses, meaning there is a lot of opportunity to gain more exposure to Annual member events, as well as having a lot more variety in your work


The business also takes a quality over quantity approach to their work, meaning there is more time to focus on getting the work correct the first time, as well as discuss your own person development


Having two promotion seasons per year is also not to be sniffed at and this can be within the Projects team, or a sideways move into other areas of the business such as Implementations, Consulting and much more


To be successful in the role we are looking for candidates who have good experience with core DB pension administration as well as solid excel experience with the ability to perform manual calculations and use V-look ups, Pivot tables, Micro’s/Macros etc.


You might be in a position where you are already involved with some annual events such as Pension increases, annual allowance or GMP, if you are this would also suit very well for the role and allow you to hit the ground running.
