**Location**:East Grinstead (mix of office and home working)

**Job type**: Fixed Term Contract (up until December 2023)

**Reporting to**:Team Manager, Sites Operations

**Purpose of the job**:To work within the Sites Operations Team, supporting Resolution Team, Sites System Specialists, Regional Operations Coordinators (ROCs) and Sites Network with administrative / operational tasks.**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**
- **Member & Guest Relations**
- Log complaints, feedback and compliments using Assyst database
- Acknowledge, investigate and respond to complaints within current SLA target with guidance from the Member & Guest Relations Manager & Coordinator
- **Operational tasks**
- To be responsible for delegated coordination tasks i.e. suppliers, databases
- Provide additional assistance and support when required for ad hoc tasks/ projects
- Update Site Network Information, Process/policy documents in conjunction with Site Operations Manager and team
- To assist with any tasks as required to support the Sites Operations Team at the request of Team Manager and/or Sites Operations Manager.
- Become familiar with sites and different regions, which may require visits including overnight stays
- Support the Annual Assistant Site Manager Induction programme
- Support the Annual Uniform top up supply to Site Network
- **Sites System Support**
- To provide support to the Site Network; blocking pitches, changing offsets
- To assist with Rally bookings on UK Club Sites, liaising with Commercial and Finance Teams
- Communicating with Rally and Centre Coordinators to confirm pricing, booking confirmations and updates
- Sharing Rally information with Site Teams in a timely manner, following current processes
- To support data loading (inc. allocation) as required, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data loaded
- Take ownership of own personal development, learning and maintaining an up to date knowledge of processes, procedures and systems necessary to carry out the role.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**
- Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer experience
- Must be able to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach by telephone
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and aptitude to work to deadlines and react to dynamic workload
- Ability to adapt to new systems/change/procedures as required
- Ability to react spontaneously help others in the delivery of their work if required to meet deadlines
- Able to participate as a team player or work autonomously
- Able to participate as a full team player, contribute effectively and actively listen to others input
- Proficient IT skills - including Google Sheets
