**Reporting to**: Asset Manager

**About the job**: Predominantly responsible for the administration of the CAMC's Asset Management including electrical repairs, Asset Tiger & asbestos management.**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**:

- Administration of all asset management documentation.
- Receiving and acting upon remedial repair requests and organising emergency call outs.
- Organising electrical insurance repairs and distribution of member details to the appropriate internal departments. Collating evidence of these to support the insurance department (e.g. photos from site’s and contractors).
- Assisting the Asset Finance Administrator in approving electrical remedial valuations during busy periods.
- Administration where required of the Club’s electrical testing and inspection program.
- Recording notification of electrical loss of supply.
- Collation and distribution of electrical quotations, gaining approval and processing for completion where required.
- Collation of all necessary supporting information for remedial repairs.
- To be the point of contact for Site Wardens and framework contractors.
- Administer the contractor progress meetings including compiling and circulating minutes.
- Administration and monitoring of the sites Asset Registers via Asset Tiger.
- Administration of the Club’s asbestos documentation.
- Provide holiday/ sickness cover to the Asset Finance Administrator where necessary.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- Educated to "O" level/GCSE in English and Maths.
- Ability to liaise with colleagues in the business and external suppliers.
- Able to participate and contribute effectively as a full team player.
- Good organisational skills with a methodology approach and ability to organise own workload.
- Competent in the use of Google docs and sheets - enjoys working with detailed spreadsheets.
- To have an understanding of a schedule of rates and contractual conditions.
- To be an effective communicator, both verbally and written.
- Able to stay away from home on occasions.
- No previous electrical experience necessary but a basic understanding would be beneficial.
