Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an Order Operations Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for an organised and self-motivated individual who enjoys a varied workload, to join a small, friendly team. Someone who can work independently when needed. Strong attention to detail is a must

**Duties**:

- Answering inbound calls with regards to orders or enquiries
- Dealing with order paperwork
- Order processing and sending out of quotes, ensuring accuracy
- Data entry onto MS Excel to include pricing and product information - Keeping this updated
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business or word of mouth recommendations
- Assisting in the planning of delivery routes
- Raising of delivery tickets
- Assisting in the management of delivery schedules, keeping customers informed
- Assisting with other ad hoc office tasks as required
